The SaunaPod is designed to be used indoors or outdoors if well covered. The infrared sauna is not weather proof
Difference between steam sauna and infrared sauna?
A steam sauna is high in humidity and has lower temperatures, while a infrared sauna is low in humidity and higher temperature.

Been using this almost daily for a fortnight now. Very impressed. Takes a good 20 mins to warm up but once it does it will max out at 45 degrees on
Level 7. It won’t get any hotter than that but somehow it feels hotter being in the pod. I do 20 minutes a time and it’s ample amount of time. I never struggled with sleep really but even with the sauna I feel ok sleeping better drifting off easier and waking up more sprightly. Really recommend this product.

I'm not going to be the first one to leave a less than 5 star review. But there are a few things that I wish could be improved.
I live an apartment in Minneapolis MN. At the time of this review it's winter. I keep my apartment at 65 degrees celsius. Both conditions are a factor of how the sauna functions.
Pros:
1. The pentagon shape of the sauna is unique and provides a circumferential warmth of the infrared plates.
2. Even at 50 degrees celsius, the sauna is toasty and provides excellent heat for a great sauna experience.
3. I sweat at 50 degrees celsius more than I have in any steam sauna experience in my past. Dry and wet saunas are not new to me.
4. I've had the sauna for about 2 weeks and have used it every day. I've noticed a positive change in my appearance. I have a high stress job. I feel more relaxed since the purchase, and the sauna is helping me head in healthier direction. My weight is dropping which is really important.
Cons:
1. I'm a 6 foot tall man and "husky" at 275 pounds. The chair that came with the sauna is non-functional for me. I use a camping chair that is much more comfortable.
2. For the price point, I wish the sauna design was just 2 more inches more in length and width. I sit right on top of the panels which is fine. But it's cramped for a guy like me.
3. I've added comforters to the top and bottom to drape over the sauna which increases the internal temperature. Before the comforters, it took 20 min to get the internal temp above…
