We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Chelmsford, UK.
We offer Free Shipping to all UK orders. We ship using Royal Mail and other local partner carriers.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

I had an Ice Barrel 400 and got sick of slugging ice around all summer. So this year I bought the Ice Bath Pro with the Ultra X2 chiller and couldn’t be happier! The chiller is set to 45*F and holds that temp 24/7 even in the hot sun with air temperatures over 80*F. I was concerned the Ice Bath Pro wouldn’t hold the temperature very well but it works great! So stoked to have such a well functioning cold plunge set up with a chiller for less than my previous Ice Barrel. And no more slugging ice around every day.

I highly recommend this product. Everything was as described. I am 54 years old. I'm 6'2" and about 260 pounds. I fit in the tub no problem. The Ultra X2 Chiller does its job well; I have it kick on a couple hours before use. The rest of the day I have it off. I've been using this product daily for about 3 weeks and what a difference it makes. My lower back and joints are loving it. I have noticeable improvement immediately after using the cold plunge. It's a miracle for inflammation and there are many other health benefits as well. The filter on the unit is super easy to remove and clean once a week. It only takes me a few minutes to do.
