We offer Free Shipping to all UK orders. We ship using Royal Mail and other local partner carriers.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

Can the Ice Bath be used outdoors?
Yes!
We engineered our Ice Baths to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing.
If you use the Chiller outdoors, be cautious in freezing conditions, and follow the recommendations in the manual that comes with your chiller
Is the Ice Bath & Chiller Waterproof?
Yes—our ice baths and chillers are engineered to be water and weather-proof. However, standard precautions should be taken for any exposed electrical components when using the equipment outdoors, and we recommend covering your chiller in extreme weather conditions.
How much does it cost to run?
The cost to run the chillers are about $0.50c a day, assuming the cooling time per day for the UltraX2 is 8-12 hours and the UltraMax 3-4 hours.
Both the Ultra X2 and UltraMax models come with mobile app control, so you can activate the chiller only when you need it—dramatically reducing electricity usage.
Additionally, once the chiller reaches the set temperature, it will move to standby mode and only turn back on when its moved 2°C outside the set range.
Finally, the insulation of the Vital+ Ice Baths are extra thick which keeps the water cold, meaning less need for the chiller to be functioning.
Does it include a lid?
Yes all our Ice baths include a lid. Please note that only our Barrel and Pro models come with a lockable lid
How often do I change the filters?
The internally built filters will need to simply be washed weekly and will never need replacement.
The 20micron filter that comes with the UltraMax (and can be purchased for the Ultra X2) will need to be replaced every 5-7 weeks.
Which Chiller is right for me?
The Ultra X2 is a great entry level product that will suit most residential homes.
For those requiring more power, faster cooling, and a more advanced filtration, the UltraMax could be a more preferred option.
