FAQs
How does the Infrared SaunaPod work?
The Infrared SaunaPod features six infrared panels that emit infrared heat to warm the body directly (promoting muscle relaxation and detoxification), along with 660nm red light therapy strips (supporting cellular repair and skin health). Additionally, chromotherapy lights offer color therapy benefits (enhancing overall well-being).
What are the operating costs for using the Infrared SaunaPod at home?
A typical Infrared SaunaPod session, lasting approximately 30 minutes, incurs an estimated power cost of about 15 cents
How hot does the Infrared SaunaPod get?
The Infrared SaunaPod can heat from 30°C (85°F) to 65°C (150°F).
How do I clean it?
The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mold and bacteria build up. A quick dry & machine washable absorbent sweat mat for the bottom of the sauna is included in every order. After use, we recommended leaving the door flap open to air.
Can I use it indoors & outdoors?
The Infrared SaunaPod is designed for indoor use or outdoor use in a well-covered area. However, it is not weatherproof and should be protected from direct exposure to the elements.
Difference between steam sauna and infrared sauna?
A steam sauna has high humidity and lower temperatures, while an infrared sauna operates at a lower humidity with higher temperatures, allowing heat to penetrate deeper into the body’s tissues.
