We offer Free Shipping to all UK orders. We ship using Royal Mail and other local partner carriers.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

This portable infrared sauna has been worth every penny. It is a great introduction to the home sauna community without breaking the bank right away. Setup was very easy. Plugs right into a regular outlet. It heats up to 150F in 20 minutes and I am dripping in sweat within 10 minutes. I’ve worked up to 30 minutes 6 nights a week. I’ve recently seen some knockoffs on Amazon at about half the price but none of them are described as getting as hot. This plus cold plunge in the mornings has been a game changer!

Very impressed by the infrared sauna. I never bought one of the steam saunas that were available but the infrared is something I have been holding out for (I emailed the company about this 6 months ago).
To the credit of the Vital team, they developed a pretty cool (I mean hot) product! When left inside my house, it feels as hot as the professional infrared I have been using. Pretty spacious and comfortable. I use my air pods inside and zone out for about 30min.
I dropped 1 star because when I left it on my balcony, it wouldn't reach the top temperature, fell a few degrees short. The outside temperature is about 50f in the evenings. So I'll move it back to my balcony as we move into Spring.
Clean up is a breeze and this is something I'll probably use until I have the room for a big wooden sauna in my house one day.
Cold plunge is next for summer.
