How often should I clean/replace the filters and my Ice Bath
Your small filter will need to be unscrewed, and both the mesh and the glass will need a thorough clean. This should be done weekly.
Your large filter will need to be also washed every 1-2 weeks. You can wash this with water. After a few washes you will need to replace the filter. You can purchase one here
You will be the best judge on when water needs to be replaced. We generally recommend replacing your water every 3-4 weeks
