We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Chelmsford, UK.
We offer Free Shipping to all UK orders. We ship using Royal Mail and other local partner carriers.

Tracking & Estimates:
You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1 business day after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Shipping times listed are estimates, and can not be guaranteed as delays can happen, although it rarely happens.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

After purchasing a chiller unit from a competitor and having a terrible experience with the customer service and receiving 3 units that did not function, I ended up purchasing from VITAL + and wish I had to start with.
The unit is of far superior quality to the other ones I received and depending on the amount of water in the barrel it can go to under 2 degrees. With the barrel full of water to above the top water inlet and outside in the Northern Rivers NSW climate it keeps it at 4 - 4.5 degrees consistently.
